Why you'd want to live in Watersound

Watersound Beach, FL is on the east end of 30A about three miles in from the east start of 30A, or three miles heading east from where Highway 395 meets Highway 30A. The Watersound neighborhoods on 30a consist of a few pods that are spread over an area of about two miles. Between Watersound Westbeach, Beach, Bridges, and Peninsula there are about 725 properties. Somewhere around 25 of the properties are commercial, 500 single family detached, and the rest condos. Watersound is a uniform masterplanned community south of 30a. It has long boardwalks to the Gulf over rolling dunes and coastal dune lakes. Watersound has a Capecod, Nantucket, or New England style. The homes in Watersound are high end custom builds with nice finishes.
