Why you'd want to live in Seaside

Seaside, Fl is located in the center of 30A in Santa Rosa Beach. It is about 8 miles into 30A from the Rosemary Beach or Panama City side, or 10 miles in from the Destin start of 30A. It is actually a pretty small community being only 80 acres. Driving through Seaside on 30A you are in it and back out within half a mile. I believe the number of homes located in Seaside is only in the three hundreds with less than five hundred total properties. Many people call all of 30A "seaside" mistakenly. There are full text books written on Seaside going over every detail of the community. It is the iconic masterplanned community on 30A. It is a new urban development that was designed by the same people who later designed Rosemary and Alys. It is a self contained community with restaurants, commercial, live-work spaces, condos, and homes. It is home to the most photographed post office, and even has a cute little chapel too. You have all the amenities like tennis, pool, and beach you might want from a vacation community. Seaside has a costal cottage type design and vibes for the most part.
